[June 6, 2023] Optimism Bedrock Upgrades

We're excited to announce that Optimism Bedrock is live on the OP Mainnet 🔴

As a result of this successful migration, a few changes have been implemented to the Optimism API methods:

• ✅ Support for commitment levels finalized and safe has been introduced.
• 🎉 The Debug API is now supported on Optimism.
• ⛔️ The eth_getBlockRange method has been deprecated.
